Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order and your order is ready for dispatch, you will be refunded less an administration charge. This charge covers the time spent selecting and preparing skin(s), and/or bundles etc. the packaging and processing of paperwork and freight as well as any phone calls and email correspondance etc.

Return Requests

Please check all photos and read descriptions of all items thoroughly before purchase. Colours may appear slightly different in person, as despite our best efforts to show the closest colour match, photos do not always represent the true colour. Remember, this is a natural material so there will be some variation across skins and from batch to batch. Not all skins will be uniform shape and size but that is the beauty of leather- no two skins are ever identical, each one is unique.

If you are unhappy with anything you have recieved then please contact mad-dog@tustingandburnett.com for any return requests prior to sending anything back to us. Any orders that are returned to us once agreed will be subject to a small re-stocking charge and return shipping charge.

•  Once the return is agreed, and if the goods are returned WITHIN 30 days of the delivery date a refund will be issued. (less the re stocking charge)

•  Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns after 30 days from the delivery date. 

• All returns must be packaged and arrive back with us via a registered carrier, in the same condition they were shipped.

• Please note we cannot accept any returns for skins or panels that have been cut.
